Triosim announces it has entered into a binding letter of intent (LOI) to acquire Alignment Services of North America, Inc.

Appleton WI – October 1, 2019 – Triosim Corporation an industry leader in the pulp, paper and industrial markets is pleased to announce it has entered into a binding letter of intent (LOI) to acquire ASNA, Alignment Services of North America Inc. headquartered in Greenland NH.  This is will be the 4th strategic acquisition Triosim has made in the past 24 months.

“This acquisition is an excellent fit for our business as it will add capability, capacity and scope to our already strong alignment business” said James Hickman founder and CEO of Triosim Corporation.  “The addition of ASNA not only adds additional locations and highly skilled people it aligns perfectly with our current customers in the pulp, paper, paper converting container board and corrugated packaging industries.

The closing date of the offering is scheduled to be on or about November 1, 2019.

Triosim acquires Valley Mechanical & Iron to expand pulp, paper and paper converting services

White Pine TN – September 3, 2019 – Triosim Corporation an industry leader in the pulp, paper and industrial markets announced today the acquisition of Valley Mechanical & Iron company of White Pine Tennessee. This is the third strategic acquisition Triosim has made in the past 24 months.

VMI Valley Mechanical & Iron is a precision mechanical solution-based company providing mechanical services, process piping, utility piping, renovations and retrofits. They have extensive capabilities in equipment maintenance, fabrication, piping and integrated mechanical equipment skids to manage planning and scheduling for outages and full restarts.

Triosim Announces Corporate Realignment

APPLETON, WISC. – Triosim Corporation announced today a strategic realignment among its affiliated brands to more effectively meet the demands and needs of its customers. The change comes after Triosim’s recent acquisition of MTR Martco in Ohio and expansion into Canada. The organizational change to the service and operations teams will allow the company to utilize experience and expertise to find solutions for its diverse customer base.

Scott Bowman, president of JLM Advanced Technical Services, will be president of Triosim Service. He will be responsible for leading the service teams for the corporation. Kurt Bramer, president of Southern Specialty Services and Wire and Oramac, will be president of Triosim Manufacturing. Bowman and Bramer have more than 30 years of combined experience in the pulp and paper industry and have been with Triosim Corporation for 7 and 5 years, respectively.

Triosim opens office in Canada

APPLETON, Wis. – April 12, 2019 — Triosim Corporation today announced the opening of a new office in Prince George, BC, to serve its clients in the pulp and paper industry. 

Triosim provides mechanical services, spare parts, new pulping equipment, rebuilds and pulp dewatering drum fabrics and wires. Establishing an office closer to its client base will strengthen Triosim’s performance, according to company officials.

“We have been servicing our Canadian customers out of our Southern Specialty Services and Wire office in Star City, Ark., and our Oramac parts and service office in Vancouver, Wash.,” said James Hickman, founder and CEO of Triosim Corporation. “This new office gives us a greater amount of focus and ability to meet and exceed the demands of our existing and new customers.”

Triosim grows network with acquisition of MTR Martco

MIDDLETOWN, OH – March 29, 2019 — Triosim Corporation, a leader in the pulp and paper industry, announced today the expansion of its network of companies with the acquisition of MTR Martco, LLC, of Middletown. 

MTR Martco supplies stock-prep technologies, upgrades and optimization services, rebuilds, and spare parts for the pulp and paper industry throughout the United States, Mexico, and Canada. It joins Triosim’s diverse organization of businesses throughout the U.S. and Canada.

Southern Specialty Services LLC Completes Acquisition of Oramac

Further to the announcement on June 29, 2017, Southern Specialty Services LLC, a provider of Woven Fabrics, FRP rebuilds and Pulp Mill services to the pulp and paper industry, has completed its acquisition of Oramac Inc.  We are happy the transaction is final and Oramac is now officially part of the Southern Specialty Services family.

The acquisition of Oramac, a provider of quality Engineered Parts, upgrade solutions,  FRP rebuilds and Service to the pulp and paper Industry will substantially increase the combined Southern Specialty Service / Oramac offering of products and services to our customers, elevating us to the world’s leader of FRP Washers.  FRP Drum rebuilds, spare parts, engineered upgrades, face wires, installation services all within one team.

Fertilla Qualifies as Vendor for Major Paper Industry Producer

Carrollton, Georgia – Fertilla Machine and Grinding LLC, a Triosim Corporation affiliated company, is pleased to announce the successful completion of a capabilities audit for a global paper industry producer. As an approved vendor, Fertilla will be performing flexible roll mechanical repair, roll grinding and parts fabrication/replacement as well as machining services for the organization.

Says Plant Manager Brad Connell, “Team Fertilla is very proud to qualify to do business with such a high-profile performer in the pulp and paper market.” Connell went on to state that thesecond shift will be further expanded and anticipated third shift will be added as a result of the additional work, which will also further establish a solid base for more growth over time.

Committed to continuous improvement, Fertilla has regularly invested in improvements to the Carrollton facility including but not limited to upgrading the location’s Roll Balancing capacity from 25,000 lb. to 80,000 lb.

The rigorous vendor approval audit looked not only at Fertilla’s capabilities, quality control processes, documentation and traceability systems but also took into account the shop’s organization, cleanliness, lighting, parts storage and parts identification. In each case, Fertilla met the organization’s strict specifications.

Southern Specialty Services, LLC to acquire Oramac, Inc.

Oramac, Inc. and Southern Specialty Services, LLC are pleased to announce that they have agreed to a transaction where Southern Specialty Services will acquire the assets and ongoing business of Oramac. This strategic acquisition will further strengthen the two complementary organizations and uniquely position them for growth and the ability to provide a comprehensive array of parts and services to the pulp and paper industry.
