This is the 5th strategic acquisition Triosim has made in the past 3 years.

Strategic New-Hires in 2020

TRIOSIM ANNOUNCES 2 NEW HIRES AND A PROMOTION

With our strong organic growth and the recent acquisitions, we have made the decision to strategically add sales resources and a new product manager role to more effectively meet the needs and demands of our customers.  The new position of product manager for our Southern products and services along with 2 new sales reps in the southeast will ensure we remain focused on solutions for our customers while properly resourcing our experience, expertise and diverse capabilities to support the challenges they are facing.

Effective January 1, 2020 Warren Flenniken a 15-year employee of Triosim is being promoted to Product Manager responsible for driving revenue for our Southern Services and Oramac business units. Warren brings to this position over 20 years of experience working and selling into the pulp and paper industry.  He has a bachelor and master’s degree in mechanical engineering and brings a level of experience and skill that will help us continue to provide solutions and support to or customers.

Effective January 13, 2020 we are excited to announce the hiring of two proven industry sales reps, Fred Langley and Ryan Nichols to help manage our southeast region of the U.S.  Fred brings to our team over 20 years of technical selling experience in the highly technical pulp and paper industry.  He is a proven leader in managing complex products and services while growing his sales every year. Fred has a bachelor’s degree in marketing and will be based in our sales office in Georgia.   Ryan has over 10 years of sales experience selling into the pulp and paper industry with the same technical skills and success that we need.  Ryan has established himself as an excellent resource for his customers and has enjoyed continued success over the past 10 years.  He has bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering as well as numerous training certificates including a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.  Ryan will be based in our sales office in Florida.

These strategic hires and internal promotion will allow us to better leverage and align the strengths and diversity of our entire company.  We believe it will help us more effectively utilize our talented workforce while providing a greater amount of flexibility and commitment aimed at providing 100% customer satisfaction.  We remain committed to providing the best services, products and technical support and are confident this change will support that commitment.

Triosim acquires Valley Mechanical & Iron to expand pulp, paper and paper converting services

White Pine TN – September 3, 2019 – Triosim Corporation an industry leader in the pulp, paper and industrial markets announced today the acquisition of Valley Mechanical & Iron company of White Pine Tennessee. This is the third strategic acquisition Triosim has made in the past 24 months.

VMI Valley Mechanical & Iron is a precision mechanical solution-based company providing mechanical services, process piping, utility piping, renovations and retrofits. They have extensive capabilities in equipment maintenance, fabrication, piping and integrated mechanical equipment skids to manage planning and scheduling for outages and full restarts.

Triosim Announces Corporate Realignment

APPLETON, WISC. – Triosim Corporation announced today a strategic realignment among its affiliated brands to more effectively meet the demands and needs of its customers. The change comes after Triosim’s recent acquisition of MTR Martco in Ohio and expansion into Canada. Scott Bowman, president of JLM Advanced Technical Services, will be president of Triosim Service. He will be responsible for leading the service teams for the corporation. Triosim opens office in Canada

APPLETON, Wis. – April 12, 2019 — Triosim Corporation today announced the opening of a new office in Prince George, BC, to serve its clients in the pulp and paper industry. 

Triosim provides mechanical services, spare parts, new pulping equipment, rebuilds and pulp dewatering drum fabrics and wires. Establishing an office closer to its client base will strengthen Triosim’s performance, according to company officials.
