Triosim Announces the Acquisition of RPM – Refiner Products Manufacturing, Located in Charlotte, NC and Darlington, SC
Charlotte, NC. December 29, 2022– Triosim Corporation, headquartered in Appleton, Wisconsin, an industry leader in the pulp, paper and industrial markets is pleased to announce its newest acquisition, RPM – Refiner Products Manufacturing. With offices in Charlotte, North Carolina, and manufacturing facilities in Darlington, South Carolina, RPM is the perfect fit for Triosim’s strategic regional approach to growth in the areas of customer support and service. This is the 7th strategic acquisition Triosim has made in the past 4 years.
RPM was formed in 1988 and has built a reputation as a trusted supplier to the pulp, paper, and fiberboard industries. RPM’s offerings have grown to include rebuilds, spare parts, and field services for refiners, digesters, and screw feeders from all manufacturers.
RPM has accomplished growth by focusing on improving production and extending life of their customer’s critical equipment. This has been accomplished through modifications and upgrades to OEM designs and through metallurgical content improvements. Innovative solutions such as these lead to improved customer outcomes and are only a small sampling of the reasons RPM has remained successful for over three decades.
